Terms of Use

Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price advertised on a particular product, please contact us and we will match their price and take off an additional 1% provided it's not below our cost price. That's our commitment to you for providing exceptional value and service! All prices shown on this site is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).

Cancellation

After an order has been confirmed and paid for and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. We will try to cancel your order where possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% may apply. Unfortunately we can not cancel an order that has already shipped.

Delivery

Delivery is via courier services to street addresses (no PO boxes). The general delivery time is 2-5 working days after payment pending an product is in stock. Couriers generally service deliveries between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday except on public holidays. While we will estimate the expected time of delivery, we can not be held liable for damages due to delay. If there is no authorised person to sign for the goods, then you will have to follow the couriers instructions on their 'delivery unavailable' card to pickup your goods.

Payment

We accept payment for goods and services using credit card (Visa, MasterCard and BankCard), EFTPOS (where possible), cleared cheque and direct deposit.

Product Returns / Warranty

If a product fails to operate correctly or fails within 5 days after delivery, then it will be considered to be dead on arrival (DOA) and a replacement will be offered. Please contact us for a RMA number and instructions on how to return the faulty product. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

If a product is damaged while in transit from the distributor to the delivery address, contact us within 24 hours after delivery and provide us with a copy of the couriers consignment note. Don't forget to mark "RECEIVED DAMAGED" on the consignment note. Please contact us for a RMA number and instructions on how to return the faulty product. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

All products sold by technet solutions are brand new and come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer Australian warranty. It is guaranteed to meet manufacturer’s specifications and will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturers warranty terms if it fails to meet these. Please contact the manufacturer directly should your product fail within the warranty period.

If you don't receive the correct product you ordered due to a distributor error, contact us within 24 hours after delivery. Please contact us for a RMA number and instructions on how to return the unopened product with all accessories. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
